I love looking through art books! I find it so relaxing looking at other artist's work from long ago. I became inspired to use gold leaf after reading about Gustav Klimt and his beautiful work..... Just an experiment.:)

This is the second time that I've painted this little shot glass. It's so much fun painting glass, I love how it distorts every thing when you look through it. It's also the perfect size for this single Cosmos. I actually looked up the dictionary meaning of the word cosmos and it said: a complete, orderly, harmonious system..... hence the title.
